Product Designer (Mid)

The Product Designer will be responsible for designing and optimizing high-performing landing pages, comparison journeys, and conversion flows to drive measurable commercial impact. Key duties include translating business requirements and experimentation hypotheses into intuitive user experiences while leveraging AI tools to enhance design output.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimise high-performing landing pages, comparison journeys, and conversion flows
- Translate insights, experimentation hypotheses, and business requirements into intuitive, effective user experiences
- Partner closely with CRO to design testable variants for A/B and multivariate experiments
- Use AI tools to accelerate design production, ideation, and iteration
- Collaborate with CRO, Marketing, Product Ops, and Engineering teams on delivery and optimisation
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in product design, UX, or UI design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating execution across user journeys, landing pages, and conversion-focused design
- Comfortable working in performance-led environments
- Good understanding of metrics such as conversion rate, CPL, and funnel performance
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- AI-literate, with experience using AI tools to improve design speed, ideation, and output
