Product Designer - Football / American Football

The Product Designer will be involved across the full design lifecycle, from ideation and concept exploration through prototyping, field validation, and delivering polished interfaces for Football and American Football products. A major focus is rapidly getting ideas prototyped, tested with real users like coaches and players, and iterating based on field feedback.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end UX flows for complex digital products
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and fellow designers to shape tools used by athletes and coaches
- Participate in user research and testing to inform design decisions
- Design and prototype interfaces for digital products, including mobile and web applications
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of product design experience
- Knowledge of the full product design lifecycle, including ideation, facilitation, conceptualization, validation/testing, and visual design
- Strong prototyping skills and experience with design tools such as Figma and Sketch
