Strong Middle/Senior UI/UX Designer

The designer will be responsible for designing, evolving, and scaling complex design systems, including components, tokens, and theming, while also utilizing AI tools to enhance the design workflow speed and quality. Key duties involve designing end-to-end UX flows for complex fintech products and creating native mobile experiences for iOS and Android, ensuring platform-specific adherence.

Responsibilities

• Design, evolve, and scale complex design systems, including components, variants, states, design tokens, theming, and versioning
• Conduct in-depth audits of existing UI components and design patterns
• Define component behavior, edge cases, empty states, and UX logic
• Use AI tools in the design workflow to improve speed and quality
• Design end-to-end UX flows for complex fintech and platform-based products
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design-to-code handoff for mobile environments

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Experience designing complex platform products (fintech, SaaS, dashboards, admin panels, multi-role systems)
• Strong UX mindset and hands-on experience redesigning existing products
