UI/UX Designer

The main responsibilities involve designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for website applications, creating various design artifacts like wireframes and high-fidelity designs using Figma, and optimizing complex dashboards for usability and data visualization. The role also requires conducting user research and maintaining design consistency through design systems.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for website applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Design and optimize complex dashboards with a focus on usability, data visualization, and user workflow
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback
- Maintain design consistency by following design systems and best practices
- Translate business requirements into user-friendly designs
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Strong proficiency in Figma (must-have)
- Proven experience designing complex dashboards or data-heavy applications
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Knowledge of responsive design and cross-platform compatibility
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
