Product Designer - Design Systems

The role involves co-owning the Design Language System, driving its evolution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and document high-quality, scalable components and patterns. A key focus is leveraging AI tools to prototype, automate workflows, and accelerate the development and adoption of the design system across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Co-own the Design Language System and drive its evolution and adoption
• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve how teams design and build day-to-day
• Design, build, and document components, patterns, libraries, and guidelines that enable scalable and consistent experiences
• Define and implement frameworks, processes, and governance models to maximize effective usage of the Design System
• Partner with designers and engineers to identify gaps, solve system-level challenges, and scale the system for long-term sustainability

Requirements

• Proven ability to collaborate deeply with Design, Engineering, and cross-functional partners
• Strong design craft with a keen eye for detail
• Systems thinking mindset
• High proficiency in Figma, with working knowledge of Git and modern front-end technologies
• Inclination toward design engineering
