The UX Designer will be responsible for inventing and designing compelling and seamless customer experiences for websites and software applications across desktop and mobile platforms. This involves developing high-level storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and delivering consistent, efficient, and enjoyable UX designs.
Responsibilities
- Inventing and designing websites and software applications that provide compelling and seamless customer experiences
- Developing high-level storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Delivering consistent, efficient, and enjoyable UX designs
- Working closely with product owners, researchers, visual designers, and development to create both new products and features and extend existing ones
- Helping to translate customer insights into designed experiences and forming a compelling story around it
- Working with Agile project teams and key stakeholders to develop and own the delivery of user-centered solutions within project timeframes and objectives
- Commissioning and participating in user research and testing activities, and drawing the insight needed to make informed and user-centered design decisions
Requirements
- Extensive portfolio demonstrating creative and analytical thinking and the delivery of effective UX solutions
- Eye for visual interaction details, coupled with excellent communication skills
- Strong grounding in human-centered design and understanding of persona-based journey design
- Hands-on experience designing within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Viva, and Power Platform
- Ability to balance user needs with technical, security, and compliance constraints
- Experience translating requirements into UX artifacts that guide engineering teams
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and teams
- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design and a background in human-computer interaction, or a related field
