The Product Designer will partner with product managers, engineering, and leadership to design and ship features across the entire product, while articulating design vision to key stakeholders. They will also build product knowledge through research and data monitoring to inform use cases and improvements.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with product managers, senior leadership, engineering, design, and other teams to design and ship features across the entire product
- Communicating vision and designs effectively by presenting work to key stakeholders
- Taking accountability for high design quality and contributing to the design team's culture and growth through knowledge sharing
- Building knowledge of product knowledge by speaking to internal experts, monitoring feedback channels, speaking with users, reviewing usage and data
- Setting up, running, and synthesizing learnings from user research studies and benchmarking to inform use cases and improvements
- Simplifying complexity into beautiful solutions that truly solve customer needs
- Designing and prototyping interfaces to make the product simple and elegant while taking care of every small detail
Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional experience in a product design role
- Exceptional visual and user interface design skills
- Strong sense of consistency, color, typography, and an eye for detail
- Ability to grasp complex issues and distill them into clear, focused solutions
- Effectively communicate product direction even under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, coolness under pressure, creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and a passion for design
