Onsite $110,906 - $216,000 Full-time Senior

This role involves leading the creation and continuous improvement of user experience tools, documentation, and processes by defining solution frameworks and contributing to site standards based on research and industry standards. The designer will manage the entire user experience design lifecycle, from research and prototyping to specification writing, ensuring designs advance business, marketing, and branding objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Independently propose hypotheses for research
  • Guide research processes with inputs regarding type, quality, and quantity of data and information to be collected
  • Verify the reliability and accuracy of the information through detailed checks
  • Detect any gaps in information uncovered and remove unreliable information
  • Clarify and resolve inconsistencies in the data of research projects

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Product Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related area
  • 1 year of experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area
  • Experience with business objectives of advertisers and the role of advertising in their business goals
  • Experience designing intuitive front-end components for AI-driven agentic advertising experiences
