The UX Designer is primarily responsible for defining the user experience, designing artifacts in coordination with the team and stakeholders, focusing on end-user satisfaction while considering business and technology needs. Responsibilities include heuristic evaluations, interaction flow creation, information architecture application, and developing interactive prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Define the user experience through different artifacts and coordination with team members and stakeholders
- Participate in business understanding and definition of the final user
- Develop heuristic evaluations, interaction flows, and information architecture
- Apply best practices of user experience and usability standards
- Develop site maps, flows, and content
- Develop interactive prototypes
- Manage Design Systems & UI Kits
- Review quality of DEV, usability, and interaction definitions
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar roles
- Knowledge and practice in Motion Design, Design Systems, Atomic Design, and definition of patterns and components for digital products
- Experience designing digital products using prototyping and design tools, specifically Figma (intermediate-expert level)
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and services, both presential and digital
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Knowledge of Google Suite, Figma, Agile Methodology, Jira, and Miro (intermediate-advanced level)
