Specialist Contract & Claim Management - Design Engineering (w/m/d)

The specialist will manage contracts for infrastructure planning projects, focusing on improving commercial outcomes from claims to payment collection by applying commercial and technical understanding. Responsibilities include developing strategies for negotiations, contract interpretation, and enforcing supplementary claims, while also training project teams.

- Übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für spannende Infrastrukturprojekte und tragen dazu bei, innovative und nachhaltige Lösungen gemeinsam mit unseren Kund*innen und Teams zu entwickeln
- Sie begleiten die Verträge der Infrastrukturplanung
- Sie finden Potenziale zur Ergebnisverbesserung, vom Claim bis zum Geldeingang und setzten diese um
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur, des Bauingenieurwesens, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Bau oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mindestens 20 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Bevorzugt Titel als Sachverständiger/ Gutachter für die Honorare von Architekten und Ingenieuren (HOAI)
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse der deutschen Bauindustrie, insbesondere Infrastrukturprojekte im Bereich der Deutschen Bahn oder Straßenbaulastträger
