Senior Product Designer

This individual contributor role involves owning the design process end-to-end, collaborating with product, engineering, and users to craft intuitive, beautiful, and impactful product experiences that solve real problems. The designer will deliver high-quality work at a rapid pace while clearly communicating design decisions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the design process end to end, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and users to ensure the final experience solves real problems and exceeds expectations
• Deliver high-quality work at a rapid pace and communicate clearly with customers and executive stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the feasibility of the design and functionality with the necessary level of finesse

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional product design experience
• Deep empathy for users and a sharp eye for polished, high-quality end-user experiences
• Skilled in using design tools (e.g. Figma), AI-driven prototyping, and working with product analytics (e.g. Amplitude, Pendo) to inform and validate design decisions
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and driven to clarify: from mapping flows and creating wireframes to polishing UI and supporting development
