UX Designer, Gift Cards

The UX Designer will assist in research, creating scenarios, sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize abstract experiences and drive vision into solid design deliverables for the Amazon Gift Card experience. This role involves collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Business counterparts to launch high-quality experiences for global customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist in research, creation of scenarios, sketches, story boards, wire-frames, and prototypes
- Help visualize an experience in the abstract, gather relevant research data, break down complex use-cases, and ultimately help drive the vision into solid design deliverables
- Develop strong relationships with fellow designers and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business counterparts
- Launch bar-raising experiences for customers around the world
Requirements
- 2+ years of design experience
- Available online portfolio
- Experience with a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Visio, Axure, and Dreamweaver
- Experience in prototyping
- Knowledge of design process
- Experience with visual design demonstrated through mockups and style guides
