This role is responsible for the creation, design, and supervision of graphic materials and digital content, ensuring alignment with each brand's identity guidelines. The position manages and tracks requests from hotels via established tools, collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient, quality service.
Responsibilities
- Creación, diseño y supervisión de materiales gráficos y contenidos digitales
- Asegurar la alineación con las directrices de identidad de cada marca
- Desarrollar piezas visuales como cartelería, menús, papelería, presentaciones e infografías
- Contribuir a una comunicación profesional y coherente con la imagen de marca
- Gestionar y dar seguimiento a las solicitudes de los hoteles a través de las herramientas establecidas
- Colaborar con otros departamentos y mantener una comunicación constante con los equipos de operativos
Requirements
- Formación en Diseño Gráfico, Comunicación Visual o similar
- Inglés avanzado (mínimo B2)
- Conocimiento de herramientas de diseño gráfico (Adobe Creative Suite u otras equivalentes)
- Conocimiento de directrices de marca y adaptación de creatividades a diferentes formatos
- Capacidad de maquetación de presentaciones
- Conocimientos básicos de producción gráfica e impresión
- Manejo de paquete Office
- Organización y planificación
- Atención al detalle
- Buenas habilidades comunicativas y trabajo en equipo
- Proactividad y orientación al servicio
