Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead the design strategy for assigned product lines, owning the end-to-end design vision from discovery through delivery, and partnering with Product Management to define problems and success metrics. Responsibilities also include conducting user research, designing high-quality interactive and visual assets, driving the evolution of the design system, and mentoring other designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy for assigned product line
• Own the end-to-end design vision from discovery through delivery
• Partner with PM to frame problems, define success metrics, and connect design work directly to business outcomes
• Drive experience audits and journey maps to identify critical user pain points and shape roadmap priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, relative field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in UX design, product design, or related field
• Expert knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and user interface design principles and patterns
• Expertise in Figma, design systems, and prototyping tools
