The role is responsible for designing the next generation of the help ecosystem, merging reactive support with proactive recommendations across three interconnected products: AI Concierge, In-Product Help 2.0, and Virtual Chat Assistant. Key duties include designing end-to-end conversational experiences and defining interaction patterns for AI-powered help features.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end conversational experiences that seamlessly blend reactive help (search, chat, troubleshooting) with proactive nudges (recommendations, onboarding checklists, feature adoption)
- Define interaction patterns for AI-powered help experiences that feel trustworthy, contextual, and effortless across desktop and mobile
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PM, engineering, AI/ML, data science, and customer support teams to deliver high-impact features
- Champion design quality by establishing patterns and leveraging design systems
- Navigate complexity independently across multiple product surfaces (Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Learning, etc.) while maintaining ecosystem consistency
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
- Portfolio, website or other samples of work
