The Graphic Designer will lead the creative development and execution of marketing and brand assets across digital and print channels, translating strategic briefs into compelling visual narratives. Responsibilities also include enforcing brand standards, providing creative direction and mentorship, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership.

- Lead creative ideation and execution for Neostella marketing and promotional materials
- Own and enforce brand standards, ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints
- Translate creative briefs into strong visual concepts, narratives, and scalable design systems
- Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to other designers
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a senior-level designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand, marketing, video, and storytelling work
- Experience providing creative direction and mentoring or managing designers
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Canva, Figma, and other design tools
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
