Senior Product Designer (Logistics)

The Senior Product Designer will lead the design of UI-led solutions to improve the performance and usability of logistics workflows, including shipment lifecycle management and claims experiences. This role involves balancing hands-on design leadership with research, driving design strategy, and mentoring other designers to reduce friction and improve operational outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize protection experiences embedded within shipping and logistics flows (B2B and B2C)
- Improve attachment and adoption of shipping protection through thoughtful UI and journey design
- Conduct and facilitate user testing sessions to validate design hypotheses and gather insights for iteration
- Articulate design decisions and present work effectively to both internal teams and external partners
- Simultaneously manage multiple design projects across different domains while maintaining quality and timelines
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Strong track record of delivering high-quality, conversion-focused solutions for digital products
- Experience working on logistics, shipping, fintech, insuretech, marketplace, or other transaction-heavy platforms
- Strong ability to design within embedded environments (e.g., checkout flows, partner platforms, SaaS tools)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
