The UX Designer II will define customer interactions for products within the Research Data Platform, executing design work within an established strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions. Key duties involve applying user insights to inform design, creating deliverables like wireframes and prototypes, and participating in usability testing to iterate designs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with UX Research to better understand user needs and behaviors
- Apply user insights to inform design decisions
- Create user experience deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centred solutions
- Use data and research insights to inform design decisions
- Participate in usability testing and iterate designs based on findings
Requirements
- Passion for designing intuitive digital experiences
- Collaborative and research-driven mindset
- Experience with UX design principles and practices
- Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
