Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for laying out and producing various branded and custom marketing materials to promote property listings, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets. This role also involves translating research-based data into visually compelling graphics like reports and infographics, while managing vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Layout and produce Stream branded and custom marketing materials
- Design tailored collateral for client properties through print and digital assets
- Format research-based data and create graphics that portray a visually compelling story
- Work closely with 3rd party agencies and print vendors to estimate projects and oversee production
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design/Visual Communications, or Marketing
- 3+ years of graphic design experience in commercial real estate
- Advanced Design skills using Adobe Creative Cloud
- Highly organized with a focus on customer service
