Responsibilities
- Transform ambiguous product issues into clear User Experience solutions by creating high-quality content across all user touchpoints
- Articulate the reasoning behind design decisions to stakeholders and proactively seek feedback from peers and users
- Advocate user needs by formulating content design hypotheses based on research readouts, solving problems in a way that harmoniously bridges user expectations with critical business objectives
- Guide partners on content best practices and lead workshops to align YouTube priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in UX writing, content design, technical writing, writing, editorial, marketing, or related
- Experience in UX-focused product writing and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects
- Experience with AI prompt writing or model UX
- Experience with localization and accessibility best practices
