Graphic Designer - Contract to Hire

The Graphic Designer will translate complex financial concepts into impactful layouts and graphics for various mediums including websites, slides, videos, and social media. This involves close collaboration with subject matter experts to conceptualize clear and engaging visuals that communicate research findings and educate clients.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand content and translate data into clear and compelling charts and graphics
- Collaborate with the Creative team to develop social media visuals, data visualizations, and other graphic elements
- Create multimedia, immersive storytelling experiences for the blog using video, motion graphics, and interactive data visualizations
- Develop strong and supportive relationships with internal partners to drive delivery of projects on time
Requirements
- Bachelor's in graphic design or a related field
- One to five years of design experience in media, at an agency, or in-house with a focus on data visualization
- Ability to translate and simplify complex data through information graphics and charts
- Ability to create digital designs and mockups that closely adhere to web design principles and UI/UX best practices
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in preparing files for print runs and digital use
- Proficiency in using AI and understanding of prompting best practices to edit and generate images
