The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality visual content for campaigns, product launches, and brand communications across digital and print channels. This role involves translating marketing briefs into strong visual concepts while ensuring consistent brand execution and managing multiple concurrent design projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver creative assets for campaigns, product launches, and brand communications across digital and print channels
  • Translate marketing briefs into strong visual concepts and engaging design solutions
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity
  • Work directly with internal stakeholders and customers to develop tailored design materials
  • Take ownership of multiple concurrent design projects, effectively prioritising workload to deliver high-quality outputs on time
  • Support and guide a Junior Designer, providing feedback and helping to maintain quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g. agencies, print suppliers)

Requirements

  • Experience in graphic design, ideally in a marketing or in-house environment (mid-level profile)
  • Strong hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong visual thinking, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders and customers
  • Proactive, organised, and team-oriented mindset
