- Take responsibility for the existing design system and develop it strategically
- Ensure consistency, scalability, and high visual quality across all digital products
- Define and sharpen the visual design language and ensure a clear, modern, and innovative UI
- Work structurally, component-based, and systematically in Figma
- Translate product requirements and complex technical inputs into intuitive, visually convincing interfaces
- Develop interactive prototypes, validate them iteratively, and optimize the visual and functional user experience
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a UI Designer or UI/UX Designer in digital product environments, ideally at a senior level
- Strong expertise in building, maintaining, and developing design systems
- A keen sense of visual excellence, typography, layout, interaction design, and modern mobile patterns
- Innovative thinking, knowledge of current trends, best practices, and technical possibilities in mobile and app design
- Good Figma knowledge, particularly in structured work with components, variants, and design tokens
