The Senior UX Designer will lead UI design efforts to create engaging and consistent interfaces for transaction services and analytics, while establishing and maintaining a cohesive visual identity through contribution to a robust design system. This role also involves guiding junior designers, collaborating strategically with stakeholders, and optimizing design processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead UI design efforts
- Establish and maintain a cohesive visual identity across applications
- Mentor junior designers
- Partner with product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders
- Advocate for design quality and usability
- Contribute to design process optimization
- Leverage data, user feedback, and analytics to inform design decisions
- Utilize advanced prototyping skills to create interactive, user-centered prototypes
