The Product Designer will lead end-to-end experience design for product components, focusing on understanding user problems, validating solutions through rapid experimentation, and translating insights into intuitive designs. They will collaborate daily with engineering and Product Management to ensure solutions are elegant and implementable while measuring and improving UX outcomes iteratively.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end experience design for one or more product components
- Conduct qualitative research and prototype-driven validation to reduce product risk early
- Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready interaction designs
- Drive usability and value validation before and after release
- Collaborate daily with engineers and PMs to deliver high-quality solutions
- Ensure alignment with our design system in partnership with the Lead Designer
Requirements
- Experience in product design for complex digital products (B2B or B2C)
- Mastery of interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing
- Strong problem-solving skills and a user-value-driven mindset
- Comfort working in agile product teams with fast learning cycles
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI libraries
