Middle Product Designer

This role focuses on transforming complex internal operations into seamless, high-performance digital workflows by owning the end-to-end design of internal operational tools. Key duties include identifying user pain points, validating designs via prototypes, and shipping scalable UI/UX solutions using Figma.

Responsibilities

• Discovery and decision making: Identify and audit pain points for internal users, turning frustration into empowering workflows
• Design and execution: Ship elegant, scalable UI/UX solutions using Figma and established admin design patterns
• Collaboration and alignment: Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to align on technical feasibility and deadlines

Requirements

• 3+ years of UI/UX experience specifically in Back-office, Admin panels, or Enterprise SaaS
• Portfolio showing end-to-end flows for complex, data-heavy products
• Advanced Figma skills and a deep understanding of admin panel design patterns
• Proven ability to ship products within technical constraints and iterate based on feedback
