As a UX Researcher, you will advise and support clients across various industries on all aspects of User Research, UX Evaluation, and validation, focusing on identifying user needs, motivations, and challenges to derive usage requirements. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will additionally coordinate projects for developing holistic UX concepts and manage the planning, execution, and content evaluation of User Research measures.
Responsibilities
- Berätst und unterstützt du Kunden verschiedener Branchen und Größen bei allen Themen des User Research, der UX-Evaluation und der Validierung
- Identifiziert Bedürfnisse, Motivationen und Herausforderungen von Nutzenden und ableitet Nutzungsanforderungen
- Plant und führt qualitative und quantitative Methoden des User Research durch und wertet diese aus
Requirements
- Studienabschluss in den Bereichen (kognitive) Psychologie/Kognitionswissenschaft oder Human Factors
- Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich UX Research
- Begeisterung für mensch-zentrierte UX-Konzepte
- Hervorragendes analytisches Denken und eine sehr organisierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
