Graphic Designer ( Brand & Social Media Focus)

The Graphic Designer will act as the primary steward of the visual brand identity, creating and enforcing style guides, designing high-quality brand collateral, and developing design concepts for major campaigns. A significant focus will be on designing engaging, platform-optimized graphics for all major social media channels and providing design support for the website.

Responsibilities

• Act as the guardian of the brand's visual identity, creating, refining, and enforcing comprehensive brand style guides, templates, and asset libraries
• Design high-quality, on-brand materials including presentations, brochures, internal communications, white papers, signage, and merchandise
• Develop design concepts for major campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy
• Review and approve designs produced by other team members or external vendors to ensure strict adherence to brand standards
• Organize and maintain the digital asset management (DAM) system for all logos, imagery, and brand-related files

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 4-6 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer
• Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Solid understanding of design principles for web and social media, including optimal sizing, resolution, and accessibility standards
• A strong, diverse, and well-organized digital portfolio that demonstrates an excellent eye for typography, color, composition, and brand strategy
