Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for crafting exceptional product experiences by maintaining high-quality visual and interaction design standards, and rapidly prototyping and iterating on ideas in collaboration with product and engineering teams. Key duties also involve building and evolving design systems, deeply understanding users through research, and using product KPIs to guide design improvements.
Responsibilities
- Craft Exceptional Product Experiences: Designing intuitive, elegant product experiences
- Prototype & Iterate Rapidly: Build low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes (with or without AI)
- Build and Evolve Design Systems: Designing reusable components and patterns
- Deeply Understand Users: Conduct user research and usability testing
- Use Product KPIs: Understanding key product and growth metrics
Requirements
- Significant experience designing digital products
- Experience in both B2C and B2B products (B2C experience strongly preferred)
- Experience designing products for marketplaces, superapps, platforms, or multi-sided ecosystems is highly valuable
- Strong experience with prototyping, usability testing, and design systems
