The role involves crafting exceptional product experiences by designing intuitive, elegant interfaces while maintaining high-quality standards in visual and interaction design. Key duties also include rapid prototyping and iteration, building and evolving design systems, deeply understanding users through research, and using Product KPIs to guide design improvements.
Responsibilities
- Craft Exceptional Product Experiences: Designing intuitive, elegant product experiences
- Prototype & Iterate Rapidly: Build low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes (with or without AI)
- Build and Evolve Design Systems: Designing reusable components and patterns
- Deeply Understand Users: Conduct user research and usability testing
- Use Product KPIs: Understanding key product and growth metrics
Requirements
- Significant experience designing digital products
- Experience in both B2C and B2B products (B2C experience strongly preferred)
- Experience designing products for marketplaces, superapps, platforms, or multi-sided ecosystems is highly valuable
- Strong experience with prototyping, usability testing, and design systems
