Senior Product Designer - Community Management

The Senior Product Designer will partner with Product Management to understand problems using data and customer insights, exploring solutions through sketches and prototypes, and validating concepts via research. They will be responsible for driving alignment with Product and Engineering, turning validated ideas into shippable UX/UI solutions, and owning the design process end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Discovery & Research: Partner with PM to understand problems through data, customer insights, and workflow context
- Execution & Craft: Drive alignment with Product and Engineering on scope, tradeoffs, and definition of "done", surfacing risks early
- Driving Product Impact: Speak up when the team may be solving the wrong problem or missing a larger opportunity
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong discovery skills: problem framing, hypothesis formation, and validation
- Experience validating solutions through lightweight research and testing
- Strong interaction design and UI craft, with high proficiency in Figma
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
