The UX Product Designer will own the design of features and product areas from initial discovery through to final delivery, turning complex user needs and business requirements into clear, practical solutions. They will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape impactful solutions and use data to inform design improvements.

- Turn complex user needs and business requirements into clear, practical solutions
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape solutions that are useful, feasible, and impactful
- Use research, feedback, and data to inform decisions and improve designs over time
- Build a strong understanding of our users, their workflows, and pain points
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in UX or Product Design
- A strong portfolio that shows end-to-end product design work and clear problem-solving
- Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineers in a collaborative product environment
- Strong proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- A solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, usability testing, and research methods
