The role involves designing multi-client management tools, including client accounts, permissions, team collaboration, and billing structures, while also owning the referral and partner experience for agencies. Responsibilities include mapping and simplifying complex workflows, utilizing AI tools for faster prototyping, and conducting mandatory direct user research with agencies and freelancers.
Responsibilities
- Design multi-client management tools: client accounts, permissions, team collaboration, and billing structures
- Own the referral and partner experience- how agencies bring clients in and track their rewards
- Map and simplify complex workflows without losing the depth that pro users need
- Use AI tools to prototype faster and explore more directions before committing to a solution
- Talk directly to agencies and freelancers- user research here is non-negotiable
- Collaborate with engineers on technically complex features where design and implementation decisions are tightly coupled
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience designing for consumer-focused tech products
- Generalist mindset - comfortable with UX research, interaction design, and visual craft
- Use of AI tools in daily workflow
- Comfortable with HTML/CSS basics - enough to prototype in browser and collaborate closely with engineers
- Strong communication skills : ability to present decisions, take feedback, and push back when needed
- Familiar with analytics tools (Amplitude, Hotjar or similar)- ability to let data inform decisions without being paralysed by it
- A portfolio showing real product work- process, thinking, and outcomes, not just polished screens
- Bonus: experience designing for B2B tools , dashboards, or professional workflows with advanced permission/role structures
