Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and build visual assets and full email layouts in Figma for marketing campaigns and automated flows (approx. 70% of workload)
• Design static ad assets for social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest (approx. 20% of workload)
• Execute packaging designs, inserts, flyers, and light web content/mockups (approx. 10% of workload)
• Build and maintain email designs and digital assets within Figma using best practices (components, auto-layout)
• Prepare and hand off print-ready files for packaging and marketing inserts, including proper setup for bleeds, die-lines, and CMYK
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels, ensuring a cohesive look from digital touchpoints to physical packaging
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to translate marketing strategies into visual storytelling
