The role primarily involves conceptualizing and building visual assets and full email layouts in Figma for marketing campaigns and automated flows, alongside designing static ads for social platforms and executing packaging designs.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and build visual assets and full email layouts in Figma for marketing campaigns and automated flows
- Design static ad assets for social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Execute packaging designs, inserts, flyers, and light web content/mockups
- Build and maintain email designs and digital assets within Figma using best practices
- Prepare and hand off print-ready files for packaging and marketing inserts
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to translate marketing strategies into visual storytelling
Requirements
- Figma Expertise
- Adobe Suite Knowledge
- Startup Mentality
- Ability to provide at least 4 hours of overlap during the 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM PT window for meetings and collaboration
- Portfolio showcasing high-end email design work
