Product Designer - UX/UI & Design Systems (Remote)

The Product Designer will be responsible for shaping the end-to-end digital product experience by balancing user-centered design with business goals, producing functional and scalable designs for web and mobile platforms. Key tasks include conducting user research, creating design artifacts like wireframes and prototypes, and developing/maintaining scalable design systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research including interviews, usability studies, and data analysis to identify needs and pain points
- Create personas, user journey maps, and user flows to guide design decisions and product strategy
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems including typography, color palettes, icons, and reusable components
- Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) are incorporated into all designs across devices and platforms
Requirements
- 2+ years professional product design experience
- Strong UX/UI portfolio showcasing problem-solving and craftsmanship
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for designing and prototyping
