Product Designer

The role is responsible for designing scalable and effective solutions for web platforms, ensuring an optimal user experience aligned with business objectives within the retail/e-commerce sector. This professional will manage the entire design process from discovery through to final high-fidelity UI.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable and effective solutions for web platforms
- Ensure an optimal user experience aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with development teams and other designers to create exceptional user experiences
- Conduct user research and apply conclusions to design processes
- Design and prototype user interfaces
Requirements
- Formation and/or specialization in design
- More than 3 years of experience in digital product design, ideally in retail or commerce
- Advanced knowledge of design tools like Figma
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaboration with development teams
- Experience in user research, usability testing, and product discovery methodologies
- Knowledge of research tools like Hotjar, Maze, or Google Analytics
