Responsibilities also include applying light motion graphics and visual effects to enhance learning and viewer retention.
Responsibilities
- Edit 5-6 long-form videos per month, based on provided scripts and voiceovers
- Maintain a consistent visual style and quality across videos
- Collaborate remotely with a team of creatives, including producers, designers, and other editors
- Deliver high-quality, polished edits on schedule
- Apply light motion graphics and on-brand visual effects to enhance learning and viewer retention
Requirements
- Proven experience as a video editor and motion graphic designer
- A strong portfolio demonstrating long-form content
- Ability to create dynamic motion graphics that complement video content
- Strong understanding of pacing, flow, and structure for long-form videos
- Experience with color grading and sound design
