UI/UX Designer (CORE)

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough user research to understand target audience needs and behaviors
• Analyze user feedback, behavior data, and industry trends to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using tools like Figma
• Develop and maintain information architecture for web and mobile applications
• Produce visually appealing and consistent designs that align with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the graphic design team to integrate visual elements into UI designs
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design choices
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services
• A portfolio of design projects that showcase your skills and design process
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, or other visual design and wireframing tools
• Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns
