The Email Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually stunning and impactful email campaigns that align with brand guidelines and developing asset adaptations for Amazon e-commerce. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams to design, optimize, and deliver digital assets across different devices and email clients.

Responsibilities

• Design visually stunning and impactful email campaigns that align with brand guidelines
• Develop asset adaptations for Amazon e-commerce
• Work closely with the Digital Art Director, Director of Retention, Retention Marketing Manager, and Internal Creative teams
• Generate and optimize assets for responsive design across various devices and email clients
• Utilize Figma for graphic design tasks and Trello for project management
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion
• Adhere to production schedules, ensuring all work is completed on time
• Suggest strategic A/B tests for designs to understand user engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in graphic design with a focus on email campaigns
• A portfolio that showcases relevant work
• Expertise in Figma for designing email layouts and assets
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email is a plus
• Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
• Experience with Trello for project management
