This role involves conceptualizing and executing high-impact creative assets across digital and physical platforms for a beauty brand, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and campaign objectives. Responsibilities include designing for web, social media, Amazon, and retail, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams and iterating based on performance data.
Responsibilities
- Creative Concepting: Translate briefs, insights, and performance data into scroll-stopping creative ideas.
- Design Execution: Own layouts, typography, retouching, and micro-animations.
- Cross-Functional Handoff: Deliver pixel-perfect files for developers, printers, and motion editors.
- Brand Guardianship: Uphold brand consistency across color, type, and photography.
- Analytics & Iteration: Partner with Growth and Amazon teams to review performance dashboards.
- Iterate creative variations based on data and learnings.
Requirements
- 4â7 years of in-house or agency experience with consumer brands (beauty experience required)
- A strong online portfolio showing range: high-gloss lifestyle, conversion-driven ads, and packaging or POS
- Comfortable managing fast-paced sprints alongside larger campaign workbacks
- Highly collaborativeâworks closely with marketers, copywriters, and paid media teams
