Senior Product Designer - Player Experience
Comeon Group 🇸🇪 Stockholm, Stockholm County, Sweden
This role involves designing user-centric interfaces for betting platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting user research to enhance player engagement and usability. The designer will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, ensuring accurate implementation and iterating based on data.
Responsibilities
- Design innovative, user-friendly experiences across web and mobile sportsbook platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and user flows
- Conduct user research, analyze player behavior, and apply insights to improve engagement and usability
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with the brand and product vision
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, A/B testing results, and performance data
- Maintain and evolve design systems and UI patterns to ensure consistency across platforms
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging UX best practices in sports betting
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in the online gambling industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing design experience and process
- Proficiency in Figma
- Understanding of online gambling UX patterns, player motivations, behavior, and industry trends
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Ability to translate complex user needs into simple, engaging, and intuitive interfaces
- Data-driven mindset with experience in setting hypothesis for A/B testing, heatmaps, and user feedback analysis
- Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly
