The role involves supporting digital marketing through image editing and ad creative development, alongside designing and preparing production-ready files for product packaging across various formats. Collaboration with brand and marketing teams is essential to ensure design consistency and support go-to-market efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative creative concepts and visual strategies for integrated campaigns
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction across all touchpoints
  • Ensure creative work aligns with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
  • Present and sell creative concepts to clients with confidence and clarity
  • Oversee art direction for digital campaigns, social media, print, and video content
  • Direct photoshoots, video productions, and content creation sessions
  • Create compelling pitch decks, mood boards, and creative presentations
  • Maintain high design standards across all deliverables
  • Mentor and guide junior designers and creative team members
  • Collaborate with copywriters to develop cohesive creative campaigns
  • Work closely with account management and strategy teams
  • Provide constructive feedback and foster creative growth
  • Build strong client relationships through excellent communication
  • Understand client briefs and translate business objectives into creative solutions
  • Present creative work and articulate rationale behind design decisions
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience as Art Director or Senior Designer in agency or in-house creative team
  • Outstanding portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, digital work, and brand identities
  • Proven track record of award-winning or recognized creative work (preferred)
  • Experience across multiple industries and brand categories
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
  • Strong understanding of digital design principles and UI/UX fundamentals
  • Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics tools
  • Understanding of production processes (print, digital, video)
  • Exceptional conceptual thinking and visual storytelling ability
  • Strong typography, layout, and color theory expertise
  • Current knowledge of design trends and cultural movements
  • Ability to adapt creative style to different brand voices
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset with attention to detail
