Senior UI/UX Designer
Hire Overseas Remote (🇵🇭 Philippines)
This role is focused on defining and evolving the visual and interaction layer of a digital product, which includes building and maintaining a design system and creating high-quality prototypes in Figma. Responsibilities also cover translating designs into functional websites using tools like Webflow or Framer, ensuring structure and consistency across product and marketing surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a design system and component library
- Create reusable UI patterns and ensure visual consistency across products and web experiences
- Document design standards and interaction rules clearly for internal use
- Evolve the design system as the product grows
- Lead UX design from concept through prototyping and refinement
- Translate business and user needs into clear user flows and wireframes
- Design clean, intuitive interfaces focused on usability and clarity
- Create production-ready designs in Figma
- Design and build product marketing pages and proof-of-concept websites
- Translate Figma designs into functional builds using Webflow or Framer
- Maintain and update site layouts as features and messaging evolve
- Optimize for responsiveness, performance, and accessibility
- Partner with engineers to ensure smooth implementation of UI
- Provide clear design specs and interaction guidance
- Participate in feedback cycles and design reviews
Requirements
- 4 to 6+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design
- Strong portfolio showing design systems, UX thinking, and polished UI
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Experience building websites using Webflow or Framer
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and interaction design
- Ability to work independently and own the full design lifecycle
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
