UI Product Designer - A235
Pearl Remote (🇨🇴 Bogota, Colombia)
The role primarily involves designing modern SaaS-style interfaces for web and mobile products, focusing 50% on Product UI Design, including creating dashboards and scalable design systems. The remaining time is dedicated to UX Execution, translating requirements into prototypes, and Product Delivery & Collaboration, ensuring accurate implementation with engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive product interfaces that improve usability and drive product adoption
- Create scalable design systems that increase development efficiency and UI consistency
- Optimize user funnels and workflows to improve engagement and functionality
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on features to support fast product delivery cycles
- Contribute directly to shipping high-quality digital experiences used by real customers
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital product UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital product interfaces (web apps, SaaS platforms, dashboards)
- Experience designing SaaS or tech-enabled products
- Proficiency in Figma or similar modern design tools
- Ability to translate product requirements into polished, functional UI
- Solid UX fundamentals including flows, usability, and visual hierarchy
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams
