UI Product Designer - A235
Pearl Remote (🇵🇭 Philippines)
The role primarily involves designing modern SaaS-style interfaces for web and mobile products, focusing 50% on Product UI Design, including creating dashboards and scalable design systems. The remaining time is dedicated to UX Execution through wireframing and prototyping, and Product Delivery & Collaboration with engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design modern SaaS-style interfaces for web and mobile products
- Create dashboards, onboarding flows, and core product experiences
- Apply strong visual hierarchy, spacing, and usability principles
- Build and maintain scalable design systems for consistent UI patterns
- Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
- Design and refine user journeys and funnels
- Make business-aware design decisions balancing usability and functionality
- Conduct iterative improvements based on feedback and product insights
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on product features
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation
- Communicate design decisions clearly and provide handoff documentation
- Operate independently as a primary product designer when needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital product UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital product interfaces (web apps, SaaS platforms, dashboards)
- Experience designing SaaS or tech-enabled products
- Proficiency in Figma or similar modern design tools
- Ability to translate product requirements into polished, functional UI
- Solid UX fundamentals including flows, usability, and visual hierarchy
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams
