The Product Designer will lead end-to-end design processes, translating business goals into compelling user experiences by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define strategies and deliver scalable solutions. Responsibilities include crafting user interfaces for mobile apps, participating in the full design lifecycle from research to UI delivery, and advocating for user needs.
Responsibilities
- Crafting clear, engaging and highly functional user interfaces for mobile apps
- Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders from project inception to launch
- Participating in the complete design lifecycle, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing and final UI delivery
- Advocating for user needs by applying usability principles, conducting research and translating insights into innovative design solutions
- Continuously iterating based on user feedback and data to optimize user flows and interface elements
- Communicating design concepts effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in UI/UX design (with a strong focus on UI)
- Expertise in design tools, particularly Figma
- Familiarity with usability testing, user research methodologies and accessibility standards
- Proven ability to create reusable design components and establish scalable design patterns
- Experience designing native mobile apps (iOS & Android) and responsive web interfaces
