The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling assets for direct-to-consumer e-commerce channels, focusing on driving engagement and conversions across digital platforms. This includes designing high-converting creatives for e-commerce sites, digital marketing assets like ads and emails, and maintaining strict brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design high-converting creatives for e-commerce platforms
- Create digital marketing assets, including paid social ads, email graphics, and website banners
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams on campaign concepts and creative direction
- Optimize designs based on performance data and A/B testing results
- Prepare files for web and digital distribution
- Stay up to date with design, e-commerce, and digital marketing trends
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in DTC, e-commerce, or digital marketing
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and marketing design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience designing for paid social, email, and web
- Understanding of e-commerce best practices and conversion-focused design
- Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
