Responsibilities
- Design interactive and complex products by deeply understanding product workflows and user use cases
- Create intuitive designs that improve user understanding of information, thereby reducing cognitive load
- Conduct user research activities to gain user insights
- Utilize insights from user personas to optimize customer experiences
- Develop storyboards to articulate design concepts effectively to clients and senior stakeholders
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Adapt user experience design principles to craft visualizations that deliver meaningful and relevant user experiences
- Focus on aesthetic design, including layout, menus, drop-down options, colours, and fonts
- Implement best practices to maintain consistency across screens and design for optimal user experiences
- Create and maintain design systems
- Create quick prototypes using tools like Figma, Make, Lovable, etc.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5-7 years) as a Product Designer
- Portfolio showcasing experience across B2B and B2C
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
