Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop, annotate, and curate high-quality graphic design datasets to train and enhance AI models
• Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to provide expert feedback on visual outputs and system performance
• Document design processes, patterns, and style guides for use in AI training and system improvement
• Translate complex design concepts into actionable data and training materials for machine learning applications
• Evaluate and test AI-generated content, offering insights for continual refinement and improvement
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate emerging design practices and tools into AI workflows
• Communicate effectively, sharing nuanced feedback through both written and verbal channels with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital design across multiple platforms and formats
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Demonstrated ability to break down and articulate design principles and creative processes
• Experience using industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
• Comfort working remotely, independently, and as part of a distributed team
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve design-related AI systems
